San Sebastián, 1991. Indi & Cold is the result of many years of experience and adventures in the sector. The brand was born in 2012 after the merger of Indiwoman and Cold Alaska. The brand is still just one big family, despite today having a team of over 100 people, 98% being women.
Under the creative direction of Cristina Villar, the brand is a reflection of her style. A shabby-chic, ultra-feminine look with a retro touch, all very natural. The artisan tradition, the honesty of the fibres and the particular use of colour are some of its characteristic features.
Inspiration is drawn from travelling, an exhibition by Mariano Fortuny, a song by Stacey Kent or the aroma of freshly cut grass after a long walk in the countryside.
Always creating timeless collections based on style rather than a trend, Cristina seeks attention to detail in all phases of each garment’s process.
Indi & Cold create quality garments using high-quality materials through a transparent production process that helps all involved. They care a lot about the future of the planet and the world that we’ll leave for our children.
